Relaxed lounges for a tipple or two and maybe even a game of croquet! Spill out on to the lawn where you have exclusive use of the grounds whilst the couple explore the 16 acres of wild and wonderful woodland for their photographs.

Hidden away in the grounds the barn has a special setting for your celebrations to unfold. Exposed brickwork and high ceilings with timber beams, the room is full of character and has atmospheric lighting to enhance its features and your colour scheme. The bar is in the middle of the room so guests are kept together and has windows at the back of the bar so guests can get served drinks from outside!
Double doors lead to a private patio lit with festoon lights. Hidden away in the grounds the barn has a special setting for your celebrations to unfold. Complimentary luxury accommodation is provided for the bride and groom in one of our romantic Four Poster Suites. Combining traditional charm and a contemporary finish, each sumptuous suite is designed with the highest attention to detail with plush furnishings, a luxurious private bathroom and magnificent views out over the landscaped gardens and surrounding Lancashire woodland. It’s the perfect place to spend your first night as newlyweds.
The Manor House Marquee
Set in tranquil grounds the garden marquee offers panoramic views of the main lawn and an impressive backdrop of the stately manor house.
The garden marquee includes the use of the manor house which has a wealth of original features to give your celebration a unique atmosphere. The relaxed lounge and bar area has doors opening on to the main lawns so guests can enjoy an outdoor drinks reception.
The stunning adjoining suite is available for a civil ceremony with crystal chandeliers lining the aisle, parquet flooring and decorated neutrally to allow for your colour scheme. This therefore means that you have the option of having an indoor or outdoor ceremony.
We have a specially designed Marquee Package for £5995.00 which includes: Ivory chiffon pleated lining, hard flooring and new carpet, chandeliers and warm white uplighting, easel, table number stands, cake table and stand, adjoining toilets within the Manor House, banqueting tables and chairs for anticipated day guests, bar either wood effect or leather chesterfield, serving a variety of bottled drinks, connecting Tunnel to the hotel with hard flooring and carpet
The marquee package is based on a 9 m x 21 m Aluminium frame marquee to include 6 Panoramic windows. This seats up to 130 day guests and 160 evening guests. A larger size can be arranged for a supplement Exclusive use can be taken at an additional fee.
When booking the manor house garden marquee, the catering and drinks are selected from the main wedding brochure and the minimum numbers for the Windsor Suite apply.
